so, i'll talk some tips that i'm using*ceyh ..

1-take a looong shower to cool up..sing loudly..scream or dance..forget all ur tense here.

2-imagination is a must.

hm.. actually, i'm dancing singing etc in the toilet and imagine that i have a date with 2pm oppas.

hahahah

3-cook..LOL

baking..or making dishes is the best way

cook with ur friend laugh and cheer up.

so base from my nagging i hope you can stay relax

depress people are increasing

so stay relax and leave your BOOK

for minutes

but read them for HOURS.hihi
