1-take a looong shower to cool up..sing loudly..scream or dance..forget all ur tense here.

2-imagination is a must.

3-cook..LOL

baking..or making dishes is the best way

cook with ur friend laugh and cheer up.

so base from my nagging i hope you can stay relax

depress people are increasing
